Hi Gang. Got a real cutie here. Did an Auto Levels and then added Curves to tweak it a bit more. Ran Noise Reduction and then also added Dust and Scratches for the background. Lots left to do. Do you think the tablecloth and plate are blue or is that damage? (If you click on the image you can see it much larger.)

The whites in (party hat) are a little blue in your version so maybe the cloth should be less blue?
