Might I suggest taking your history brush, set to multiply (opacity is variable) and go over the nurses name tag. It would help bring it out a bit more. Play with it. If you like it great and if not that's great, too.

I use that trick a lot on the certificates. You know, when a letter is grand to the left or right and the other one is faded?! I've also been known to hand paint in the letter, but that's another thing.

Some family will be happy with their picture!! Wonderful work.
