As a moderator on this site I chose to delete the discussion because it was becoming very negative.

The Forum is a place for all volunteers to find encouragement for their efforts and share tips on techniques. That discussion had devolved to an argument about 'who is right.'

Remember that in text the tone of a message can seem much colder than might be meant. No one can see a person's face or hear their tone of voice. It's easy to give and take offense.

And when it comes to a restoration, remember this mantra, "The distributors are always right!"
