Any tips?

I'm not satisfied with my results on this one but now it seems whatever I try makes it worse. 
I would love any feedback.

Mary, you have done a lot of great repairs on this one.
You could stack the original on your WIP and use it to see where you need to make changes.  You can also use luminosity mode to see which parts should be bigger/wider/narrower.  I use this method all the time.  Also having the original and WIP right next to each other can be helpful in spotting what should be edited some more.
