Very nice but I think it could use just a few fast tweeks...In the upper left I think itneeds some texture. If that is just more ground but right now it looks like a sloping wall to me. You need to finish the horse and girl's shadows. And thentake a look where I circled ont he face and if you can define the left hand fingers better that would be a bonus.

I will probably give her right arm a little more shading so it won't look too flat. Other than that, it looks great.
