1st Restoration - Any Thoughts?

I'm still working on this, but I thought I'd post it to see what anyone has to say about it. I'm mostly using the clone and healing brushes with some adjustment layers for color.

The background turned out to be fairly simple compared to all of the skin and clothing details. I chose this photo because I thought it would be "fairly simple" and within my skill level, but once I got the photo and looked closer I found all sorts of small blemishes in the clothing and skin. Those are very difficult parts for me in trying to get the lighting correct - I'm not very good at that, yet. I don't want it to look "painted."
But, I'm getting a little bit better every day.  :up:
