Restore advice please - religious

On this resore the is an alcove with candles to the right (as we look at it)
I have pasted the same candles etc (to balance) to the other side where the damage is

Could someone advise if this is correct please

Hi Hippy, I think making the candles symmetrical is not a problem but I do think you lost some information while smoothing out the wall with enthousiasm like the shadows of the candles on our right, a warning thingy above the door, a "wallanchor" even higher and the sharp edges of the corners on our right. At the same time I see a new object behind the first man to the right from the groom.
