You have done the impossible Curtis!  What an amazing job and what fun it was to follow this thread and see the restoration step by step! 
I have a few very minor additions that I would like to suggest, (I am merely nitpicking Curtis!)

I thought it might benefit the result to add a little more (6%) noise to the whole picture.  I also did a minor levels change and tried to make the skin color match a little more, it is probably not even  noticeable!

What small picks to an incredible restoration!  :wnw:
