Hi gang. Back with another gentleman in a suit. Couple of things ...can't seem to get the left arm (looking at the screen) right. Any suggestions? And leave the texture or smooth out his face some? Appreciate your feedback. :)

I love the shading and texture in the background and the guy looks great.
I think the sleeve is wider than you've shown and that's why it doesn't look right. This edit is a bit crude, but I hope it's helpful. I made some outlines over the original and found lightening it excessively helped me see the shapes better. Here's my rough edit:

I'd leave the face texture - I think it looks faithful to the original (as I imagine it looked), but as some prior discussions on similar old images have shown, others might prefer something smoother.
I think Jo Anns edits will finish that Lyn.. great job!
