Other than a couple of the restored pearls have a rather odd shape - not quite a sphere - it looks good except for a slight red cast. Take a look at the colors I think it should have next to your WIP:

I fixed the pearls and added a HSL adjustment with -10% on the red masked for just the skin.

The red cast is a problem but I findher skin tone a little off.
I did an extra levels and curves and color balance layer with mask to give her skin a more pleasing tone.

Wonderful repairs Kim. On my screen, your latest seems a bit yellow. Maybe you can use Hannie's screen shot to guide you back to a more pleasing skin tone. Good luck!
I did the levels & curves that Hannie suggested and I thought the skin looked too white so I added a bit of yellow, maybe it was too much.
I'll back off the yellow a bit.
