Title: Family Portrait
Post by: coopmj on August 06, 2018, 04:07:01 PM
Hi Everyone,

Please take a peek at this one and let me know what I've missed.  I was a little creative with the background, giving a bit of an autumn look.  The original was very plain with just a few branches sticking out of the tree that were hard to isolate/recreate without the family looking "cut out."  If this is straying too far from the original I'll rework it.

Thanks!

Mary

I know that adding to a photo is not done usually but I like this one for several reasons.
It is hard to see what the original background looked like, perhaps there was a little more sky visible.
The highlights on the subjects clothes suggest that it was filtered by branches, so lots of trees.
You did a great job at making it look very natural and fitting.

A bit of a hard edge on the man's pant leg on our right. Might want to check around the subjects one more time.
