Come a long way girl! Lady on the left - left collar line. See the little strip of magenta/bluish color? And you probably already saw this. On my screen, the skin tones might benefit from a bit of tweaking? Wonderful cleanup on the tops!

Oops, almost missed this post Lynn!
I do not have a set of numbers for color balance.  If the skin tone is too yellow I move the blue slider to the right and if the tone looks more pleasing I use it, no set number.  The same if there is too much red I may try the green slider to the left or the red to the left or both, just experiment a little and see what skin tone looks best.

The problem with the skin color in this topic is that there are patches that have too much yellow and there are some that have too much red or even blue.  You would have to tackle them separately on different layers.

At the moment the only numbers I use sometimes are the info panel numbers to check if my colors are not too far off.  I only use these when I'm not sure about my skin tones, they are not a set of numbers to be used in every restore:

Rather than relying on a single point sample to get a good skin tone, take readings with the Eyedropper tool in Photoshop from several points on a subject: forehead, chin, and shoulders, then open the info palette and use these numbers as guidelines. (R,G,B/C,M,Y,K)

African American: 128, 58, 45/32, 81, 81, 34
Asian: 199, 151, 120/15, 44, 55, 1
Caucasian: 227, 176, 149/10, 33, 40, 0

These are just guidelines, the numbers can vary with each photo.
