Like you said, it is a newborn and they do tend to be a little red, no? :)
Your restore looks very good, there is one little things that jumps out at me. It is the loss of detail in her face and arms.
It looks a little like the Kodak Gem Airbrush filter that I use that sometimes in areas that are very damaged. (I mask out anything I don't want to lose detail in)
Perhaps your detail was lost in Add Image to post or if it was a filter it would be great if you could get back some of the skin texture that was there before.
