HARD: Extensive damage to the main subject and/or to a majority of the overall image. Faces and body elements would require major reconstruction. Most of the time the reconstructed photo will still show significant damage. Estimate 2 or more hours to complete.

When I first heard about this project, I grabbed their sample images for practice. Here's what I
ve got so far for this one:



I actually went and hunted down other images of the uniform to make sure I wasn't wiping out anything important (and the best image I could find was a publicity photo from JAG!).  I'm being way too fussy on keeping the hair detail, but since it's there I might as well try Smiley  I think I'm pretty much going to have to just guess on the nose.
