I'm not sure where to start with this one.  They sure look easier when they'er smaller.

I'vre restored several and would like some tips, tricks, any advice as the best place to start.

Where's Waldo?  The picture is not showing here either... try using ImageShack or PhotoBucket. They are both free uploading tools.
