The multimedia presentation is available to view. The members of this forum are the first among OPR's volunteer force to be able to view this movie. Those of you with dial up connections may need to kick back and enjoy your favorite beverage as you wait for it to load.

We hope you enjoy it. Let us know what you think.

Top quality production!  I'm very impressed. This really captures the OPR mission in a nutshell.

Well done.  Thumbs up

Hi Dave

My compliments!  You and Becky did a wonderful job on the movie.  It captures, without dwelling too much on it, the loss our Gulf Coast citizens endured from Katrina.  And it makes OPR shine!  I don't know how you found Marc Broussard, but "Home" couldn't be more perfect a song to punctuate the film. A super promo.  I've been proud to be part of OPR from the beginning, but you've put the icing on the cake. Kudos and more kudos!

Wow...WOW.  This brought goosebumps to my arms and tears to my eyes.  What an amazing production.  THIS is what really captures what OPR is all about.  Nice job to all in involved.

All I get is a broken quicktime icon on the page, couldn't find .mov in the source.  QT6 needs to be upgraded?  Sad

Videosean,

Have you had any luck yet? I've tried the link several times at home and here at work and haven't experienced any problems.

Liked the music too, even visited the guys site where you can play more of his music - free. Links still working here in the big city. Started passing it around to the media a bit too.

Keith

I went to Marc's website too and ordered all the music he had, as well as Katrina bracelets.  I had to request notification to get the CD that has Home on it.  They're out. The guy's a phenom.

Dave:

I didn't have any trouble viewing the movie at home or at work, but I sent the web address to several co-workers, and they haven't been able to get it.

From what I can tell, the people who are having problems accessing the movie may not have the latest version of  the Quicktime plug-in.

Yes, I was asked if the clip's available in another format besides QuickTime. Geesh! Well, wait a week and it will probably find its way onto youtube, and then the academy.

I got the best results with Windows Media Player.  Quick Time didn't work.  I would have expected the opposite, since I have a Mac.

How can we get the movie on youtube?  That would give us great exposure.
