Phil, I selected midneck area with the Patch Tool and dragged it to the right. Then went to Edit>Fade Patch Selection and adjusted the Patch until it looked more natural.

The latest.  This is the latest version and compared to my earlier post "For Review" I've done the following.
  • I've globally lightened the image slightly by copying the layer and used 30% blending mode.
  • I brought some darker bangs on our right down farther.
  • Added a slight red tint to the hair to bring the hair color slightly closer to her eyebrows.
  • Using the Patch tool I've blended the upper portion of the SCM muscle into the neck more so that it is less noticeable.
