I would like to show what I believe is a moderately damaged photo and get some feed back, but I'm not sure how to post the photo in this forum... I put the before and after in a single file (separate from the original) to make comparison easier.   Undecided...Thanks...

Hi JAB, welcome to the forum!

First you need an account at an image storing site to upload your photos to, I use Photobucket because is it easy and works well. (link to Photobucket on the left side of this page)
