Hi all,

This is my second image, and I am still feeling my way around. My main question is how any of you would have handled the background here--in particular the carpet. I kind of fudged it because I didn't have enough to see a pattern , and it seemed so incidental to the image. However, I know that is not my call, and the rug may have been really important in someone else's eyes.

This was one of two images I picked from the gallery because they were similar. Do we generally get only one at a time, or can we request two if we can use the info of one to repair the other?

What struck me most of all is that I love doing this! Smiley

Thanks,
Goria

Well, cute babies are hard to find fault with Smiley , but do you guys think it was okay to adjust the background in the way I did? I'm not real confident about what changes are acceptable, and what aren't, though I know that can't be easily stated.

I think you did a beautiful restore! You kept very close to what the background looked liked, so no problem there. The funny part is that at first I thought that it might be a hardwood floor and not a rug. Whatever it is I'm sure the owner will be delighted with what you did.
