I did this before I read the last two comments.  I did a mask and tried to take some of the green out of the twigs so it didn't look so overwhelmingly green.  Also had toned down the green in his hat some as I figure it is a faded green camouflage.

Margie thanks for asking as the totally brown hat would have been terrible!  Hmmm -- guess we'll learn geography.  Highlands of Vietnam!  I really appreciate people asking around.  Could be we should get greener again?

Yea Wacom tablet!  Couldn't have followed all those twigs with the trackball at my age. 

Glad you like it, live and learn I guess, and it is comforting to know that probably the colors are about right.

Interesting to use the photos to find old buddies, I hope the guy's health problems are not too desperate.  You can tell him I have all variations between brown, green and this if he wants others.
