Hi BA,

I will let Tess answer that, but from what I'm seeing of your photo it is a non-restore. Both the priest and especially the groom's face are too far gone. From the other photos, the priest's face doen't look like this. I'll let Tess decide, but I would let this go, because there is another shot similar to it.

Margie is right BA, it is only a reference photo, the veil was missing in other photos of the same series.
Tess is desperately trying to keep her feet dry so she won't mind that we answer your question.
