Hi Ockre,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting your work!
All I was able to do is make separate portraits of one of the girls and Mom.  I'm not an artist, so won't even go near the rest of the photo.
I only just finished the little girl, comments welcome!  (Mom is more of a challenge)

It would be great if the whole photo could be restored, even with a crop, looking forward to your posts!

Hi Ockre,

It's great that you are getting some practice, but this  photo you are working is not one that was downloaded to your gallery, correct? I believe that you have downloaded from the Forum and worked on it and if so you will have a photo with a resolution that is for web and not for print and will not be useable.

Ockre, were you not aware of how to receive a photo to restore? You first go to PhotoShelter for OPR---you should have gotten a welcome letter with links and information about signing on. You will need to go the PhotoShelter gallery and leave a comment on 1 to 2 photos that you would like to work. We asked that you request from one gallery at a time. The distributor will see your request and send you an email that your request is now in your gallery. You will go to your gallery and download to your hard drive. The forum is great for meeting members and posting your progress. This photo is being worked on by Hannie and was no longer available, but you may ask her. You probably want to read the Official OPR Handbook on the left for more explanation.

And this is Mom, can't get any of the other family members to look normal so I think I'm done.
It was impossible to determine what Mom was wearing so I borrowed Oprah's blouse, hope she doesn't mind.  Normally we don't replace clothing like that but seeing that this photo is a non restore I thought it was OK to break the rules just for once..
I did not replace the background but cloned from the good parts and cleaned it up some.
