Phil,

Great job on a really bad photo! I wish your photos were a little bigger as it is hard it see much in the details. The only two damage spots that I would change is the strand of hair on your left and the small streak on her eye--lower eyelid. Normally I like to see more texture, but in case it was the way to go. I'm tempted to have more yellow/gold to her color of her face, but that is a judgement call that could go either way.

Kudos for taking on this one!
