Repair of the figure was reasonable straight forward but I couldn't get enough information to repair the shrubbery. Eventually found what I think is a suitable image to replace it.

Comments please

Hannie, I think it is a bloke so no pom pom Azn

It might not be necessary to replace the shrubs. It seems way too sharp and defined where the shrubs and background meet, and too sharp overall for the softness of the original photo. I built up,with soft brush, the green BEFORE heal/cloning. Then used levels to bring down the black background. Just a start.

Looking at the rest of that family's photos, it MIGHT be a girl.

Really looks like a female to me.
(in my humble opinion)

Athol, ever seen a guy with puffy short sleeves?   Roll Eyes
Anyways, I think a bloke should feel free to wear his pom poms if he wishes to. Wink

I agree with Kiska. The individual looks pasted into the picture. Plus I think there would be some depth of field issues with the shrubs. Good luck.

Looks like I am showing my lack of fashion sense again and an even worse sense of male/female.  Embarrassed  Ah the joys of advancing years

Thanks for the input everyone, I will have another crack at using the original bushes as you suggest Kiska and re-post.

Athol,

Even the shoes look feminine. That's OK we will work with flash cards with you. How close and large do you want them?  Wink

Margie,

What a wonderful suggestion, they need to be as large as possible and to automatically appear in front of me whenever I sit down. The family have said that they will want access to them but I can't remember why Undecided

I am slowly working on the knitting for the spring fashion display here, watch this space for the new models including custom pins. Following suggestions by Hannie I hope to include pom poms Roll Eyes

WIP version 3 attached, would appreciate further comments. I think  the middle bush is a bit bright and could be softer.

Oh no, time to bring out the garlics again!

Athol, you could darken the middle bush.
