Hi Giles, welcome to OPR from Kansas! It's great you have joined and the best way to get started is browse through the forum as it will give you plenty of useful information. When you are signed into the forum, click on Official OPR Handbook on the upper left hand side to get a feel for how things are done. At any time, feel free to ask questions as you have a wonderful group of volunteers who share your interest.

Hope we see more of you on the forum!

Hi Gilles

Welcome from steamy Florida.  It's always great to have newbies joining us.  Fresh ideas and perspectives - new ways of doing things - new observations. Keeps the rest of us from getting stale.

I hope you'll jump in and join us on the forum.  It's been a bit quiet of late, as we're down to some of the tough ones, but that's normal.  After a copy run we'll have an abundance, and then when we get down to the really tough ones, there aren't as many volunteers eager to battle the worst of the worst.  I'll tell you, though, those monsters are the most interesting ones to work on, and they'll ramp up your expertise in a hurry.  Are you tempted?

Don't be shy about posting on the forum if you run into any obstacles.  Someone's always ready to jump in and give you observations and suggestions.  You have an awesome group of advisors here.  Hope to see you on the forum.

Cheers
