Here is my latest restoration with a color saturated family.  Comments and suggestions please.

Shujen, I have to get to work in a few minutes, so I don't have time to do a thorough check, but to me it looks great.  On my monitor the skin colors appear perfect.  Everything else looks just a bit dark, but  that may be the nature of the image - the dark clothing and the dark background. I'd say it's your usual stellar work.  Nice!

What about just a little more contrast (luminosity mode so yours colors stay the same)?

Questions and comments are always welcome. 

Since it is Hannie's bedtime, I will try to answer it.  I increase contrast by using a curve layer.  Drag the curve at right quarter mark a little higher and at left quarter mark a little lower (make bright brighter and dark darker). 

Then change the layer blending mode from normal to luminosity so that colors don't change much.
