Can anybody tell me what else needs to be done to this?  I've been looking at it for so long I need some opinions.
Thanks..

Hey Timetraveller, you are doing a great job with this, but you need to add back the water from the fountain that is apparent in the original. Thumbs up

Ratz I think the photo is correct there isn't water flowing at all that is damage I think.  The Fountain is St Peters Fountain in the Vatican Plaza.

TimeTraveler you have done an excellent job on what was a pretty damaged photo on the fountain.  The girls are fairly clear now and you can see they are happy.

Good job

i agree with ratz...that is a working fountain, and it looks very much like water splashing over the sides.  do a google search and find one with the water and it looks like that...also the area is confined to a logical flow of the fountain spray.  i think  a closer detail from the original would bear that out

It looks like the fountain is turned off to me because there is no evidence of splashing water at the bottom of the fountain. That said, I think the only adjustment this photo needs is to straighten it. Other than that it looks great.

Hi Traveler!

I Googled the St. Peter's fountain out of curiosity, and there is one side on which the water doesn't seem to flow as heavily as around the rest.  Looking at the bottom of the photo, however, there appears to be some splash, so it's hard to tell.  Check out Google, and at the top you can choose "images."  There are quite a few good photos to check out and make your decision on how far to go with the water by looking at them.  Good luck!  This is a tough one.
