Hi Everyone,

Sometimes when PhotoShelter makes changes, you don't notice it till problems start cropping up.  Angry When we work on the distribution side, we don't often catch changes that happen on your side. Unfortunately, PhotoShelter made a slight change on the choices when you get ready to download your photo to your computer as shown:

High-Res Download:
» Original file (2400x3000)
» JPEG - large (2400 pixels)
» JPEG - medium (1200 pixels)
» JPEG - small (600 pixels)

You will always want to pick "Original file," because otherwise your photo will be at the wrong resolution. Thanks.

Thanks for the heads-up, Margie.  Between PhotoShelter's changes and our webmeister's ministrations to OPR's site one could easily get lost. (If you hear a plaintive cry of "hep me, hep me, I are old and can't find my way" look to the south!)

Hugs
