Hi Everyone,

PhotoShelter has made some major changes, which has caused a lot of confusion. There are a few things that have happened that may need Photoshelter's help desk to resolve. As soon as we can pin point out some of the changes and how to navigate, we will have them posted to the FAQ section.

Thanks,

Margie

OK, Henny Penny has discovered that the sky is not falling down and only a few minor confusing changes.  Mad

     1.  After you have logged in to your account, look for the section "My Invites"
     2.  Under the section "Gallery/Collection, click on To (your name) and that will take you to your gallery
     3.  Click on your photo to download and then on the pull down menu for "Download" and hit Hi-res Download

The rest is pretty much like before.

To Upload your photo, go back to the screen that you had with your name and link to your gallery. Look on the left hand side for: "Upload to PhotoShelter MU." That will let you upload as before.

Hope this helps. <cackle, cackle>
