Hi - I got my first email and link to a gallery from Margie.  I click on the link, login into PhotoShelter and can see the photo in the gallery with options to 'view slideshow' or 'download gallery'.  When I click on 'download gallery', I get a downloader box and a button to browse for the directory to download to.  When I click on the Browse button, nothing happens.  Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi Heidi. You need to click on the photo so it opens up to the page with just that photo. Directly above it you will then see a download button. Click that and a box should pop up asking if you want to download the high resolution, click yes. Save to wherever you choose.

It gives you screenshots of how to in the OPR handbook on page 7
