Getting Smaller Photoshop Files

This is a photoshop tip of the day from Planet Photoshop. I just love Corey. Anyway. After you read the tip follow the comments below there is some who don't agree with it or it may affect other apps you work with so I'll let you guys decide what is best for you. I think I may try it though.
