Here is my first image, it has turned out to be a little more difficult than I anticipated but its getting there.

Here is where I am at so far, I am still not happy with the neck mainly.

That looks great so far. The neck looks fine to me as well. For me, the background and the tie need work. They standout too much. I would dull them down a bit.
