Just downloaded what I thought was the high-res file. It is only 3x4 inches at 300 ppi. Is this correct?

Hi Phil and welcome to the forum! The file size corresponds with the file name, in this case 3x4 inches and 300 ppi is the resolution we work with on these photos, is that what you wanted to know?
