My wife and I just returned from a holiday, the first since Katrina, and were quite surprised and pleased to find your letter containing the restored photograph that I had given you when you and your group were in Biloxi. My compliments to the person that did the restoration! I think they performed an outstanding salvage and their skill is quite evident!...We admire you and your volunteers.

These notes are always such a joy to read, wonderful for them to find the restored photo in the mail when they came home (sure beats the usual mail like bills..)
