I've done the rest of the image, and now I need to add the hand. I've tried cloning the knuckles but it makes her look arthritic. Any suggestions?

To be honest, if you don't find anything on google I would just clone the shirts down like this unless it is part of a larger pic:

i wouldn't add a strangers hand.  there is so little you would have to crop or so little shirt you would clone, as above shot shows,..i would do that

I think cloning the shirts down is the best option. Using body parts from other pictures is pretty much against the guidelines we set. Unless of course those body parts come from other pictures of the same people.
