Despite the many hours, and struggles we all encounter trying to restore these photos, a note as nice as this still brings tears to my eyes.

Christine, today the photo arrived of my son and daughter which was made almost forty years ago and was damaged by the storm. Thank you so very much for such a beautiful job of restoration. You truly are performing a wonderful service. I thought that picture was gone forever. Thanks again for all that you and the other members of your organization do to restore good memories.
