Shane (he'll be called by his middle name) was born this morning at 8:07. He weighed in at 8lbs 3oz and measured out at 22 inches.

Shane and Angela are doing fine, but everyone is dog tired. Angela and I had to be at the hospital by 5:30am. Since we were to excited to sleep last night, we're pretty much running on empty right now.

I've had no Internet access until now. Here's a quick link to a gallery of photos that I put up (they're untoned, so don't feel the need to download them to restore).

I'll write more as I can. Angela and Shane will be in the hospital at least until Friday, because it was a c-section.

I'm babbling at this point, so I'm going to eat my cold sandwich and try to get some sleep.

Dave -- Congratulations to you, Angela and Jack!

Shane is a beautiful little guy, and he's obviously loved (not only by you but by your OPR family!).  You all look ecstatic as well as darned tired.  Get some rest, and I'll be looking forward to more photos.  Don't forget to give him a huge hug from GG!

Hugs and bless

CONGRATULATIONS!

Dave and Angela, I am so happy that all went well. The pictures are beautiful! I bet tonight that all of you will get a good night's sleep. In the coming weeks, well that's a different matter.

 I love it!

Congratulations on a beautiful baby boy, he's gorgeous.  I'm pleased everything went well for you all. I love the photo of Jack looking through the glass, perfect pose.
