It came in three pieces. I corrected the left and the middle before joining the right. Much of the detail was lost on the right but not all. I was able to make out features. Needing information I spoke with the Fort MacArthur curator. He said that this was a single Battery and may have been the only 3rd CA Battery at the Fort at the Time of the photo. Tucker was a West Pointer and beloved by his men. He died in and the troops named Battery E after him. I just love this work!!! On to the next..... this one's gone home.
